Extended School

Ashmount offers an extended school day from 8 am to 6 pm.

During out-of-school hours pupils have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities, to develop new skills and to have fun, while their parents and carers have the reassurance that their children are being looked after in a safe and secure environment.

Our 'Early Birds' Breakfast Club runs in school from 8 - 9 am. The After-School Club takes place just across Ashmount Road in the Hornsey Lane Estate Community Centre. Children are collected from their classes and taken to the Club in a supervised group. During the school holidays, the After-School Club becomes a Holiday Club, a full-day playscheme running from 8.30 am to 6 pm.

We also offer a wide range of clubs and activities on the school site which take place during the lunch hour or after school.
