The Planning Application What happened when the planning application for the Crouch Hill Site was heard by the planning committee on 8 September 2009 - and why the committee heard the application again on 13 October.
Final Approval The planning application was heard again on 13 October 2009. This time the committee approved the plans - which have also now been passed by the Mayor of London and the Secretary of State. All necessary planning permissions are now in place for the project to proceed.
